Intention to sell plot of land at Krúspaad 4a in Earnewâld

The municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to sell the plot of land located at Krúspaad 4A in Earnewald, known in the land registry as municipality of Bergum, section E, number 1487 (partly), measuring approximately 112 m² (the area shaded in red on the drawing) in order to carry out an exchange.

Based on objective, reasonable, and verifiable criteria, the municipality has determined that only one serious candidate is eligible for the purchase. The municipality sells small plots of land exclusively to adjacent private homeowners. With regard to this strip of land, there is one adjacent private homeowner and therefore one serious candidate.

Disagree with this decision?

If you believe that you too should be eligible to purchase the Property on the basis of the criteria set out above, you must initiate summary proceedings before the preliminary relief judge of the District Court of Northern Netherlands, Leeuwarden location, within twenty (20) calendar days of this publication, i.e. no later than January 6, 2026. This period is a strict deadline.

If no preliminary relief proceedings are instituted, the right to take legal action against all of the above and/or to base any claim for compensation or any other claim whatsoever on it will lapse, or at least you will have forfeited your rights to do so. After all, the municipality and the candidate would be unreasonably disadvantaged if the intention to sell were to be challenged only after this clearly stated period.
