WOZ decisions: questions or objections?

The WOZ decisions will be sent out shortly. This letter states the value of your home or commercial property. If you have any questions about the WOZ value or think it is incorrect, please feel free to contact us—we will be happy to help you.

Objecting

Do you disagree with the WOZ value? If so, you can lodge an objection within six weeks of the date on the decision. You can do this easily using our online form. Read how to do this at WOZ value.

Submitting an objection yourself is free of charge.

There are commercial agencies that offer to file objections on your behalf. This is not necessary. Filing an objection with the municipality yourself is:

  • free of charge;
  • personal;
  • quickly;
  • and with the same chance of adjustment of the WOZ value.
