The climate is changing and we all notice it. In our gardens, on the streets and around our homes and businesses. As a municipality, we cannot meet these challenges alone. That is why we consider the input of residents and business owners essential in drawing up our new water policy. You are the first to have the experience: what goes well in your area and where are the opportunities for improvement? How do you already deal with flooding, drought or heat? How does the sewer system perform and does it match your housing needs? This practical knowledge helps us to make realistic and effective plans. 

The schedule 

Phase 1: Online collaborative thinking (completed) 

Through our ThinkMe website, residents and business owners were able to participate in a comprehensive questionnaire. We are pleased with the good response and valuable insights we received. 

Phase 2: Residents' evening (upcoming) 

The results of the online questionnaire have now been processed. On Wednesday, July 2, there will be a walk-in evening where we will present these results and where you can talk to our water specialists. You are cordially invited! View the invitation at the bottom of this page. 

The sequel 

After the residents' evening, we will incorporate all input into the final Water and Sewerage Program. This program will then be presented to the City Council for adoption.
