First, check why your container hasn't been emptied.

• Was the container by the roadside before 7 a.m.?
• Was the container easily accessible to the collection truck (no obstacles)?
• Did you put the container out correctly?
• Was the correct container out on the street? Check the Omrin Waste Calendar at .
• Is the trash stuck or frozen in place?
• Was the container too full, or did it contain the wrong kind of trash?
• Have you received an orange card on your trash bin?
